We process this data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations and for our legitimate interests (KVKK Article 5/2; GDPR Article 6/1 b, c and f). We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we send marketing messages only with your consent.
Some of these providers may store data outside Türkiye; in that case the transfer is made in line with KVKK Article 9 and the GDPR.
We keep booking and payment records for as long as the law requires (generally 10 years for commercial and tax records). Passport copies are deleted after the service once they are no longer needed. Other data is deleted or anonymised when the purpose has ended.
The website uses an SSL certificate (HTTPS), so all data you send is encrypted. Card payments are verified with 3D Secure by your bank. Access to booking data is limited to authorised staff.
We use cookies that are needed for the website to work (for example to keep your booking form while you fill it in) and, with your consent, analytics cookies that help us improve the website. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you can ask us whether we process your data, get a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and ask for compensation if you are harmed by unlawful processing. Send your request to booking@istanbulmeetandgreetservice.com; we answer within 30 days at the latest. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
